Palak Paneer Spice Mix

You will need:
2 tablespoons ghee or oil
2 lb fresh spinach, chopped or 20 oz frozen
1 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 cup tomatoes, diced
8 oz fresh paneer, cubed
1/3 cup heavy cream,
Fresh cilantro, chopped
