Refund policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with your Whole Spice Kitchen purchase. We stand by our products 100% so if something is not right, we will fix it.

You can return or exchange full-priced products within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. If you would like to initiate a return, please send an email to admin@wholespicekitchen.com

If we shipped your order for free, the original shipping amount will be deducted from the credit amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping on returned or exchanged products. We do original or return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed (less applicable shipping charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 days, depending on your bank.
